OPEN CASTING CALL WHAT TO DO , the best thing to do is just show up!
If I post an email for those who can't show up, it is simply a backup
for the casting team. There would not be an open call if there was not
a simple need to find LOCAL people. So with that said, next time you
see an OPEN CASTING CALL, just show up. Don't be lazy and try to
submit to an email address. Casting directors will only hire those who
show up at the event. The old adage "Be There Or Be Square" really is
real within the Entertainment Industry!
