medium built
35-50 in age
No visible tattoos (like on the neck or face or hands)
Must provide business attire ( Suit or Sports Jacket ) . Cigar smokers a plus
Also pluses ,provide woolen pea coat and winter scarves and hats that would be awesome
dress shoes and sneakers.
