Submissions are now open for the 4th Annual Art of Brooklyn Film Festival, which takes place May 7-11, 2014. The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival is the only independent international film festival for, by, and about the Brooklyn indie film scene. The AoBFF screens work by Brooklyn-born, Brooklyn-based, and Brooklyn-centric filmmakers. That is, those who live or work in the borough; were born, raised and/or spent significant time here and international films that were inspired by Brooklyn.
Categories include Features, Shorts, Documentaries and all genres of Animation. Special categories include the Dark Side for horror/suspense/noir, and Film As Art for non-linear/experimental/avant-garde films.
