GETTYSBURG INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (GIFF)
GETTYSBURG INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (GIFF) which will take place from September 10th-13th, 2015 at the historical Majestic Theater and LeVan Performing Arts Center in the heart of Gettysburg, PA - USA.
In partnership with the Majestic Theater, the GIFF (a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the cinematic arts) will be kicking off its inaugural year in 2015.
The GIFF will feature: - Films from around the world screened in 3 separate cinemas (with more to be added) - 27 Award Categories - including student film - Judge/Program panel of industry professionals from around the country - Guest speakers/workshops (Directors, Producers and Distribution) - Music guests - Distribution representatives (domestic/international) - Red carpet World Premiere Event - Closing Night Awards Ceremony - Vendors - and more
The Majestic Theater is a 1925 colonial revival vaudeville and silent movie theater that was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. Following a $16.5 million renovation in 2005, the Jennifer and David LeVan Performing Arts Center now features the 815-seat Majestic Theater, two cinemas, an art gallery, and a rehearsal hall, as well as a 20,000-square-foot state-of-the-art backstage production facility.

Originally from Vietnam , Jennifer Linch broke out into modeling successfully as a trained runway and print model in Can Tho , Viet Nam. She has been residing in San Diego, CA since Sept 2001
On April 1, 2014 she opened up her own independent production company Sunshine Pictures. Jennifer Linch's vision is to focus strongly on the cinematography aspect of film making. In her own words : " Cinema is an art , the art of capturing the moving moment in the most visually beautiful way possible " Jennifer Linch focuses strongly on cinematography and production design to bring out the most beautiful captured moment on screen. Her focal point is to write , produce, and direct. Wasting little time she began production of her first feature film Malevolence in April 2014 as well as producing and staring in her own short film The Dream. Finding success in production she began producing her third film Forbidden Forest. Among other things she continues to produce content along the lines of fantasy martial arts with comedic elements.
Outside of her entertainment obligations she has been training actively in karate , mixed martial arts and Muay Thai. Recently she began training in Wushu sword dancing , guns, knives and self defense. All of her many skills and over 7 years of martial arts training are utilized in her filmmaking career. Jennifer Linch's movies only cast actors who are involved in martial arts projects with more than 5 years training as well as being able to perform their own stunts, like her.
